Here's how it all happens:

Leadership need:

Your organization notifies Thaxton of a need for an interim leader.

Position:

We will initiate a consultative call with you to understand the organizational need, any significant operational issues and the qualifications you seek in an interim placement.

Interims:

We will match your needs to our extensive network of exceptional leaders.

Candidate Presentation:

Upon the conclusion of our search, Thaxton will provide you with a selection of candidates whose specialty, experience and knowledge matches your organization’s interim need.

Initial Leader Contact:

Thaxton will arrange telephone interviews between you and the potential interim leader.

Onboarding:

When a candidate has been selected for hire, Thaxton's credentialing team will manage the full scope of pre-employment requirements as set forth by your organization. Including a rigorous background screen, conducted by an accredited company, pre-employment drug screen, review and attestation of HR & HIPPA compliance, verified references and compilation of immunization documentation. In addition, Thaxton will arrange all of the candidates’ travel, housing and transportation.

Continued Support:

For the entire duration of the Interim assignment, Thaxton will remain in contact with your organization as well as the candidate, to ensure a smooth transition and a successful leadership placement.

Option 1, our most popular option, is an all-inclusive model.

Thaxton develops a daily rate that includes all relevant professional fees and associated reimbursable expenses for the interim leader. This all-inclusive, one fee model, allows clients to know exactly what their cost will be from week to week and month to month without variation. This model also minimizes any administrative work related to coordinating and reimbursing the interim leader’s travel arrangement and expenses.

Option 2, is a professional fee plus reimbursable expenses

In this rate structure, Thaxton charges a professional fee for each day the interim leader is onsite and submits reimbursable expenses as actual pass through costs. The professional fees include all of the relevant cost of the interims wages as well as taxes, insurance, benefits etc. Reimbursable expenses will include items such as travel to and from the client city, housing, car and travel home every other weekend.
